The History tab lists every report generation job as a card: title, status, creation date, and download buttons once it's done. Click Refreshat the top to pick up jobs that finished while the tab wasn't open.
Job Status
- QueuedWaiting to start.
- ProcessingGeneration is in progress.
- CompletedReady to download.
- FailedSomething went wrong. Hover the badge for details.
Downloading
Once a job shows Completed, its card gets a Download button for each output it produced: the Word or PowerPoint file, plus a separate Executive Summary download if you enabled Generate AI Executive Summary in Report settings. Each download fetches a fresh, short-lived link and saves the file through your browser's native save dialog where supported.
No Reports Yet?
An empty History tab means you haven't generated anything yet. Head back to the Build tab to create and generate a report. If you're signed out, you'll be asked to sign in before your reports will load.
